Important Watch Return Policy: Please Read Before Purchase

This page describes the after-sales policy for watches.

1. Please read and understand the following conditions before placing your order. By placing an order, you agree to the following after-sales policy by default.
2. Returns and exchanges are available if the following conditions are met (do not say you can't see them).

Product Features

• Do not remove the protective film from steel straps after receiving the goods.
• Leather straps cannot be worn on the wrist; please inspect them carefully.
• Remove the protective film and use it only if there are no problems with the watch. Once the protective film is removed, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Any issues will be treated as repairs.
• If you choose to remove the film and wear the watch, only repairs will be available if there are any problems!
• The warranty only covers the movement and strap. The following external problems are not covered: case wear, broken glass, etc.
